How can I properly do a push up, sit up, butterfly breath, chair squat and sit back?
There are many exercises I want to do. I want to do a push up, sit up, butterfly breath, chair squat and sit back properly. Also how many should I do in a day? What time of day should I do these exercises? Will these exercises build up muscle or not? I am 13 and male by the way.

If you want to learn how to do things correctly you need to join a gym or at least do some research. I learnt most of what I know from reading books. Speaking of which I found a great free ebook you can download it for free. Take a look.
