bleach and water
Bleach removes mildew, but be careful you don't spill any on your clothes. Your could put some bleach in a spray bottle, spray, let it work, then rinse, or you could make a solution of half and half water and bleach, and, wearing gloves, wash down the chairs.
comet..or bar keeper's..(use with a pressure washer)
